Our instructor, David B. Phillips, MD, Ph.D. (Harvard trained) is a worldwide recognized expert in the electrophysiology of nerve transmission. He also has over 30 years of experience treating chronic intractable pain, neuropathy, teaching doctors internationally how to treat those patients. In addition, Dr. Phillips is the inventor of the ReBuilder System for pain control, the system used exclusively by the Cancer Treatment Centers of America to treat the chemo-induced chronic intractable pain patients.

Dr. Phillips has a 40-year history of inventing medical devices from a Breast Cancer Detection System proven at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY, to an electro-dermal actual cure for the childhood skin disease, Molluscum Contagiosum. In 1988, he was awarded “Inventor of The Year” for the first infrared ear thermometer. He is on the faculty of the American College of Physical Medicine.
